REDUCE THE STRAIN

The reflections you experience while driving at night or staring
at a computer screen can cause discomfort. There are lenses
that reduce the effects of reflections.

WHAT IS
REFLECTION?

Reflection is a source of light that hampers your vision by increasing background illumination and reducing contrast. This might be daylight, headlights from oncoming traffic while driving at night – a particular problem for motorists wearing spectacles – or a computer monitor. Many people suffer from headaches or eyestrain as a result of reflections.

REDUCE THE AFFECTS OF REFLECTION

Driving at night

  • Clean your windscreen and wiper blades
  • Adjusting your mirrors and do not look directly at oncoming headlights

Working at your computer

  • Keep your monitor away from the window, and keep it clean.
  • Don't look directly at your computer in bright sunlight
